My Aunt had roofing repair work done on the roof. 3 areas needed to be repaired on the roof as the picture indicates. The following pictures are of the repair work that was done and the last 2 are the finished product of the work done.Three Brothers Roofing was chosen not just solely based on reviews but they are a family business, professional, honest and hard working. They are the only roofers we saw that showed pictures of the work that needed to be done as well as the repair work and the finished work. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction and complete understanding.No sooner as the roofing crew had finished there was a down pour of rain. There were no new leaks to see in the house. **pretty sure saying “my roof is leaking badly could you come earlier” is the same thing as “it’s an emergency”. Owner’s response pushing responsibility onto me is disappointing. Glad I went with someone else!**I think they are overwhelmed with too much work. First time I called, no one picked up and VM was full. Second time I called someone picked up but he said he was on a highway and he would call me back in "a couple of minutes". No call for 2 hours, so I called him back. He started taking down information and said he could come by in 6 days. I said my roof is leaking (I bought a foreclosed home) could you come earlier. He said ok I can come in 3 days "around 2 or 3". I said do you mean BETWEEN 2 and 3? ..I've seen the other reviews about them not being on time and I wanted to make sure I wasn't sitting around for 3 hours waiting. He said "no...well we will call you 30 minutes before we arrive, but if you don't pick up the phone we won't come". I realized then that this company is probably quite good, but is now overwhelmed with too much work and is not doing a good job managing schedules. While they have done well in the past, this may translate to poor follow up in the future so I decided to pass. I hope the owner takes this as constructive criticism! I would totally have been ok if he told me "I'm very sorry, but we have too much going on right now and can't take on any more jobs at the moment"I think most people would be fine with that! Second time using the Three Brothers Roofing. This time they installed new gutters with covers and stainless steel chimney cap, and sealed multiple holes on roof. These guys are honest about the actual work that you need (they won't try to upsell); they do a top notch job all at a reasonable price! I would definitely use them again for future work. Highly recommend Three Brothers Roofing for their professionalism, honesty, and great service. Jose is very knowledgeable and will not try to sell you services that he know are just a short term fix. I was able to see their work without dangerously going on my roof because they kept me updated with pictures of the work they do before and after they finish. I'm also impressed with the modern point of sales system they use to sign the contract and email to me for my records instead of relying on a paper copy that can get lost. They even followed up with me two weeks after the job was done to make sure of my satisfaction. I'll be definitely using them for all my future roofing needs.

Jose told me "Once I do the job, I'm not gonna hear from you again." I was impressed by the professionalism and quality of the repair from this company. They came for the consultation, immediately diagnosed the problem and then sent me a full report of the repairs to be done and the costs. Everything up front, full disclosure, no runaround. They took pictures, by request, of the entire process. I cannot recommend this company enough if you are looking for roof repair.

This was the first time I hired Three Brothers Roofing to repair roof leak. I chose them because of the positive reviews they got. Their service and price justified all the great reviews. They came on time both for an estimation and for the job. For the estimation, they explained to us clearly what the problems were and what should be fixed. The major problem of our roof was some missing shingles. In addition our roof has some part that was damaged by animals and fixed temporarily before, which we told them they did not need to fix this time. They fixed that anyway at NO extra charge. They did the job very nicely in a professional way. I am very satisfied with their service. I strongly recommend them.

We were referred to Three Brothers Roofing by a friend who has used this company both for residential and commercial work. It is VERY hard to find a company with a professional on Flat Roof and Shingles work ethic in New Jersey. Three Brothers Roofing was a wonderful company to do business with. The employees were very kind, helpful and always showed up on time and ready to work. The work was completed in a timely manner and up to my high standards. I highly recommend Three Brothers Roofing. Jose and his staff are extremely professional, they explain all the details and processes involved in all repairs. Their prices are incredibly reasonable. I used Jose and his team almost a 2 years ago on my other property. Today, I contacted Jose again to inspect a new roof on the different property. As expected, he provided verbal quote and will be following up with a written quote shortly, and without a doubt will be performing my new repairs.
